1. Composition: This product is a two-component system comprising Part A and Part B, each individually sealed to prevent premature cross-linking and loss of efficacy.

2. Mix Ratio: When in use, components A and B must be strictlyQuality ratio 1:1Mixing ratios: Blend thoroughly using a three-roll mill and a two-roll mill to ensure uniform composition with no air bubbles.

3. Vulcanization Process: Adaptable to molding, coating, injection, and other forming processes after mixing; recommend optimizing vulcanization conditions:Cure at 120°C for 3 min, then post-cure at 200°C for 4 h.Sulfurization time can be flexibly adjusted based on actual production equipment and product thickness.
